Before Christmas 2004 my sister called me and asked if had any interest going on this diet she heard of. Well I listened to her talking about this diet that had that main goal to eat you thinner! Of course I thought this was so silly that I could not say no and we desited to go fifth of January 2005 and check it out.

On that day I was there, in this meeting where plenty of woman sat with all the cookies from Christmas hanging on their butt and of corse I was no exception (had a lot of cookies on my butt) and then the meeting started.

Well when I was listening to this woman explaining how I could eat more than I eat usually and get thinner and thinner I desited to go for it. Why not ? I had nothing to lose! (well .. I could lose some pounds and that was OK!) So I started the day after and change my diet.

No more sugar, no more sweet stuff only healthy food and good food!

Now it has been 202 weeks, since I change my diet and I could not be happier, this is new life! Where I feel happy, thin and capable to do anything that I set my mind to!! And 101.2 pounds lighter , what a change I can tell you!

When I was losing weight I always thought “Do you know what, all that candy that I am not eating now, it will be there when I have gotten my goal weight. I am not missing anything, I will get the candy bar after few months and feel good about it.” and it worked!
